US RETURN POLICY
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for returns, merchandise must contain original tags, hygienic liners, have not been worn, soiled, altered, damaged or washed in any way. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the requirements stated above.
A Domestic return fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment.
Your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility. Please note: it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account depending on your bank.
To initiate a return:
Reply to order email that includes your order number. Use original shipping mailer/box if possible. Please print the prepaid return shipping label that will be sent to you via email. Send all items needed for return back to us using the shipping label provided.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Same as above. Please note, your item must be postmarked within the 14 day shipping window; no exceptions.
An International return fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Due to limited stock, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return and re-purchase from our site if you wish to get the same item.
